Pinguicula macrophylla - Mexican Butterwort

Pinguicula macrophylla is a unique butterwort species native to Guanajuato, Mexico. In summer, it develops large oval carnivorous leaves atop elongated petioles, while in winter, it forms a bulb-like cluster of dormant leaves.

• Skill Level: Easy.
• Light: Min 1 hour direct sun, max all day.
• Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
• Dormancy: Succulent phase with smaller leaves in winter, reduce watering by half allowing tray to dry between watering's for max 1 day.
• Pot Size Small 5.5cm.
• Pot Size Large 10cm.
