Nepenthes 'Diana' is from Borneo Exotics, one of the best breeders on the planet. It is named after Diana Cantley, the co-owner of Borneo Exotics. The the cross is:

Nepenthes ampullaria ‘Harlequin’ x (sibuyanensis x ventricosa).
