Description

Drosera lunata is an erect species that reaches approximately 50 cm in mature height, with stem and leaf colouration ranging from yellowish-green to deep red-maroon depending on growing conditions. The species produces white to red tubers and bears white flowers with distinctive smooth and hairless sepals, a characteristic that readily differentiates it from related species within the peltata complex, with the exception of D. auriculata.

  • Light: Min 5 hours direct sun, max full sun.
  • Water: From the 1st April, until it dies back to go below ground at the end of Winter, keep the tray full of water.
  • Dormancy: These are dormant in Spring and Summer, during this time the pot should remain bone dry, no water at all.
  • Pot Size Large 9cm (1L).
