Drosera intermedia, known as the Oblong-leaved Sundew or Water Sundew, thrives in very wet, boggy environments, often found on floating mats where it reaches its maximum size. It endures extended submersion and can survive drier summer conditions. This medium-height species showcases striking glistening tentacles in full sunlight, creating a silvery sheen. Its spatula-shaped leaves are green adorned with vivid white tentacles. It emerges early in spring and remains active through summer and fall.

- Form: Anthocyanin Free
- Light: Min 3 hours direct sun, max full sun.
- Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
- Dormancy: In winter they form a tight hibernacula, watering should be reduced to allow the tray to dry between watering when this happens.
