Drosera closterostigma is native to Western Australia, with documented occurrences ranging from Gingin to Cataby, extending eastward toward Mogumber. The name closterostigma comes from the Greek words closteros, meaning spindle-shaped, and stigma, referring to the form of the flowers stigma.
- Multiple plants in a pot.
- Skill Level: Easy.
- Light: Min 5 hours direct sun, max full sun.
- Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
- Dormancy: In the colder months they reproduce through gemmae (mini plantlets) which can be removed through soft touch. Each one will create a new plant.
- Transplanting: Do not attempt to repot pygmies as they won't survive.
