Drosera verrucata, commonly found in Western Australia's Albany to Manypeaks region, is a sizable pygmy sundew that features circular, moist leaves and white flowers.

As it matures, it may develop a compact stem that can reach 2.5cm high while effectively capturing insects even twice its size. This species thrives in clayey sand soils, often nestled between and under low shrubs on heathland and low scrub land.

  • They survive one to several seasons, at the end of season they reproduce through gemmae (mini plantlets)
