Drosera gibsonii is a pygmy sundew species notable for its small rosette is elevated on a lengthy, aged stem. The flower stalk is densely coated with short, glandular hairs. This species is exclusively found in the Stirling Range, where it grows on the sandy lower slopes of mountains bordering the surrounding plains.
- Multiple plants in a pot.
- Skill Level: Easy.
- Light: Min 5 hours direct sun, max full sun.
- Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
- Dormancy: In the colder months they reproduce through gemmae (mini plantlets) which can be removed through soft touch. Each one will create a new plant.
- Transplanting: Do not attempt to repot pygmies as they won't survive.
