Drosera prolifera - Hen and Chicks Tropical Sundew

Drosera prolifera forms a rosette shape with its leaves. These unique leaves resemble wooden paddles used to move pizzas in and out of woodfire ovens, except they are smaller in size and covered in tiny hairs that produce sticky dew to trap insects. When prey is caught, the leaves can fold together like a sticky sandwich.
